Invitation Letters

Please contact us at generalchair@icwe2009.webengineering.org if you need an invitation letter for attending the conference or an associated workshop.

Invitation Letters will be issued to:

  • Speakers/Presenters
  • Program Committee members
  • Attendees who have paid their registration fees
Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, refunding is only possible for those participants that are not presenting a paper at the conference:

  • Before June 1st: full refunding (except 50 € for administrative fees)
  • After June 1st: no refunding for cancellation
