ICWE 2009 - Call for Posters

Like each year, also for its 2009 edition ICWE warmly invites researchers, practitioners, Ph.D. students and whoever is working in the area of Web Engineering to submit a poster report of their research, even if work is still ongoing. ICWE provides a unique environment to discuss novel projects, ideas and technologies, and to easily and informally get in touch with experts from all the fields of Web Engineering, allowing the authors of selected posters to obtain valuable feedback and to exchange their ideas with people working on similar topics.

ICWE is interested in poster submissions regarding all areas covered by the Call for Papers of the main conference (ICWE 2009 Call for Papers). Poster submissions should provide a clear problem statement, a description of the proposed solution, and a positioning of the solution with respect to related works, highlighting innovative aspects and advantages.

Authors of accepted posters will have the opportunity to present their work in a special session of the conference. For the presentation, authors are required to provide a poster version of their submission (allowed formats are DIN A0 and DIN A1). Posters will be displayed in an area of the venue site that will allow all the participants in the conference and the co-located workshops to stop by and discuss.

By submitting a poster to ICWE 2009, the authors express their willingness to subscribe to the main conference, to participate in the event and to present the submitted work.

Accepted posters will be published as part of the Conference Proceedings as an LNCS Volume.
